SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

We provide free delivery for the region of Hong Kong and Macau, we may have a delivery charge for some other regions, the shipping cost and the total cost to be paid will be displayed during checkout. HOTITLE is dedicated to offer convenient online shopping experience to customers. Simply select products and provide delivery address, and we will take care of the rest.

You will receive an Order Confirmation Email shortly after placing an order successfully. Normally, we need 3 - 5 working days* to dispatch your goods after your order confirmation, subject to the availability of goods and quality checks. Soon after your order is dispatched, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation Email with the information of the courier used and the tracking number of your order in it.

All deliveries will be sent by air registered post (except Hong Kong, Macau and upon special request with additional charges) from Hong Kong to your address provided, please ensure the recipient can sign off the delivery, we will not be responsible for any losses after the recipient signs off the delivery. If the delivery address is in industrial and commercial areas, the delivery will usually be faster.

The courier that we recommend strives to provide efficient delivery services to customers but delivery time may vary due to customs issues of different countries, logistic arrangements, weather and seasonal holiday. We have no control over the delivery time of the courier and will not be legally responsible for any situation arise from the delivery process or standard of the delivery. 

When delivery is requested outside of Hong Kong, you are considered an importer and must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are delivering the items. Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance. We have no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the duties and/or taxes arise from the ordered products. Custom policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for further information.

HOTITLE reserves the right to update its shipping policy at its sole discretion without prior notice.

 

PRODUCT EXCHANGE POLICY

HOTITLE strives to ensure the consistency of photos displayed on our website and the actual products. However, due to different qualities of digital screens, we have no control over the accuracy of product colour to be displayed on the website. Photos and descriptions are based on the true status of the product upon photo-shooting, and should only serve a referencing purpose. HOTITLE reserves the right to edit incorrect or incomplete information without prior notice.

Customers must check the product upon delivery. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will be happy to replace your product at no cost. In such case, please contact us at info@hotitle.com within 7 days of receipt, stating your order number and product code, the problem, and attach relevant photos if possible. Items shipped without our consent may be refused upon delivery. Any request of return or exchange over 7 days will be declined.
