1. Is my order successful?
You will receive an Order Confirmation Email shortly after placing an order successfully. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at email@example.com.
2. When will my order be shipped?
You order will be shipped as soon as possible, normally we need 3-5 working days to dispatch your goods after your order confirmation, subject to the availability of goods and quality checks.
3. How can I track my order?
Soon after your order is dispatched, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation Email with the information of the courier used and the tracking number of your order in it. If you do not receive this email after 7 working days of your order confirmation, you may send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will be more happy to update you the status.
