PRODUCT EXCHANGE POLICY

HOTITLE strives to ensure the consistency of photos displayed on our website and the actual products. However, due to different qualities of digital screens, we have no control over the accuracy of product colour to be displayed on the website. Photos and descriptions are based on the true status of the product upon photo-shooting, and should only serve a referencing purpose. HOTITLE reserves the right to edit incorrect or incomplete information without prior notice.

Customers must check the product upon delivery. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will be happy to replace your product at no cost. In such case, please contact us at  within 7 days of receipt, stating your order number and product code, the problem, and attach relevant photos if possible. Items shipped without our consent may be refused upon delivery. Any request of return or exchange over 7 days will be declined.
